Q.  How soon can you deliver?
A. We work with the carriers to fulfill orders within the lead time suggested at time of order. Lead times are currently being impacted due to the closure of the UK's largest non-palletised heavy goods carrier. Alternative hauliers are being used but slight disruptions may be encountered. Whilst we try and provide accurate lead times at time of purchase, these are subject to change without prior notice, while disruptions continue and supply chains are impacted.

Approximate delivery times will vary subject to product, location and the carriers used. Approximate delivery times for each item can be located on the item page, below (or near to) the price. Delivery times apply to addresses in England, Wales and some areas of Scotland (exc. Highlands and Offshore areas). Deliveries are generally Monday - Friday exc. Bank Holidays. Otherwise lead times may be longer.

Q.  How much is delivery to Great Britain?
A.  Delivery is Free for most products over the value of £75.00 (basket value), unless specified in the description, whereby some products are sent via specialist hauliers and may attract surcharges to some areas normally covered under the free delivery. Standard delivery for orders below £75.00 is £4.50. Our free and standard P+P prices, unless specified in the item description for specific products, apply to addresses in England, Wales and some areas of Scotland (exc. Highland and Islands) only. Please contact us including your full delivery address for availability and a competitive quote to your non Mainland address (including Highlands and Islands).

Q.  Can you deliver to outside of Great Britain?
A.  Greatly depends on the item of interest. Larger items may not be available for delivery to your territory. Please provide your full delivery address (inc. Postal / Zip code) for delivery availability and competitive P+P quote (if applicable). We only send goods via an insured, trackable courier.
